DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful, newly built house (Dec. 2016) is located in the Altos de Trancoso Condominium, 10 min. walk to the historic square (quadrado) and beaches. With 700 m2 and 5 suites, a living room integrated kitchen with 200m2, a pool in stone quartz on a plot of 2400 m2 overlooking the beach of coconut trees in Trancoso.

Included in the rent:

VILLA POLICIES:
- Maximum 10 guests.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.

- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is situated in the Condominium Altos de Trancoso, about 5 min. by car from the center of Trancoso.
- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
