DESCRIPTION:
This villa is located in the Itapororoca condominium, beach front on a 38.000m² land of preserved Atlantic Forest. The villa is decorated with beautifull local artworks by various artisans of the region and several outdoor spaces to make the most of Trancoso's summer.

- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Altos de Itapororoca, about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 30 min. drive from the Terravista Airport and 1h:15 drive from the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk access to beach of Itapororoca from the condo.
