Casa Vila 48, with 4 suites and private swimming pool and fire pit, is located in the Terravista Vilas Condominium in Trancoso, where guests can enjoy four nearby beaches, a tennis court, walks in the condominium's internal streets and a golf course with 18 holes.
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 1 Upper floor: 1 King size bed, closet, air conditioning and balcony with hammock and pool view.
- Bedroom 2 Upper floor: 2 single beds, closet, air conditioning and balcony with hammock and pool view.
- Bedroom 3: ground floor: 1 Queen size bed, closet and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 4: Ground floor: 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, closet and air conditioning.
GENERAL:
- Large living room with sky TV and wifi internet.
- Toilet room and kitchen equipped with ice machine, beer maker and barbecue.
- Private pool with sun loungers, firepit and lounge area.
- Dining table for 8 people, stainless steel barbecue.
SERVICES:

- Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.
VILLA POLICIES:
- Maximum 8 guests.
- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
- No pets allowed.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
