Located in the Altos de Trancoso condominium, less than 1 km from Coqueiros beach in Trancoso and a 10-minute walk from Quadrado (the center of town), Casa da Vista is composed of 5 suites, fully equipped kitchen, large pool and beautifull garden with ocean view.

- Outdoor area with swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds.
- Full kitchen.
SERVICES:
Included in the rent:
- Maid and gardener, cleaming of the rooms and social area every day.
- Availability of beach and pool towels.
Extra Cost (advance notice may be required):
- Villa pre-stocking.
- Activities and excursions, massage, baby sitter service, private chef.
VILLA POLICIES
- Maximum 10 guests.
- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
