A casa está localizada no condomínio Altos de Trancoso, em um terreno de 5 mil metros quadrados, cercada por um jardim tropical com uma piscina, sauna, ducha, bar/cozinha na parte externa, sala de brinquedos com mesa de sinuca e cave. O condomínio fica a 10 minutos de caminhada do quadrado ou da praia, e conta com segurança 24 horas.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
