Comprising 2 independent villas, it has 6 bedrooms complete with air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, high-end bedding, balcony, spaciousness and privacy. For every two rooms there is a living room and a kitchen that are also independent, in addition to a TV, a safe, a comfortable double sofa bed.

Its location in the middle of the forest and close to the Trancoso river, its structure equipped with a large deck and lap pool favors the practice of outdoor sports, healthy and relaxing routines in contact with the best of nature in the region. You will have the forest, the river and the sea!

 VILLA POLICIES

• Maximum 14 guests.
  
• From 8 guests it is necessary to hire a kitchen assistant.
• Small pets allowed by prior arrangement.
• No parties allowed, the sound must be moderate and only until 22:00 h
  
• Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.

 CANCELATION POLICIES:

• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.


• CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
• There is no refund in case of cancellations.

• The villa is situated close to the Trancoso main square 5 min by car.
  
• 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
