This 4-bedroom villa is located in Condomínio Terravista Vilas in Trancoso, model Brisa. Guests can enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, outdoor gym, turtle beach, the condominium's jogging streets and the 18-hole golf course.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
