DESCRIPTION:
Located in the exclusive Aldeia de Itapororoca condominium, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and Itapororoca beach. This house of 8 suites ideal to receive group of friends or family and enjoy the various outdoor spaces that the house offers with plenty of sun, typical vegetation and constant sea breeze. Access to the beach is easy and quick, about 2 min walk within the condo. Beach support set up and disposes of condo golf carts.

- Suite 1,2,3,4 and 5: King Size bed, bathroom and shower, Split Air Conditioning and mosquito net.
- Suite 6: 3 single beds, bathroom and shower, split air conditioning and mosquito net.
- Suite 7: 1 bunk bed and 1 cot, bathroom and shower, split air conditioning.

- Fully equipped kitchen and wine cellar.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
