 DESCRIPTION:

Villa Áurea is a 700 m² sculptural and biophilic residence immersed in preserved forest, just 300 meters from the beach. The house reveals a large living room with a double-height ceiling, where air and light become protagonists. The design combines sophisticated rustic elements with contemporary minimalism, creating a sensory, elegant, and naturally theatrical aesthetic. A suspended, long, and silent corridor guides the eye and body to contemplate—an invitation to celebrate life and time. Central skylights amplify this ritual, allowing daylight to swirl around the house and transform its atmosphere. The infinity pool frames the preserved forest like a living painting. It has 8 hydromassage points, creating a space for immersion, relaxation, and contemplation.

 VILLA POLICIES

• Maximum 12 guests.
• Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
• Pets not allowed.

 CANCELATION POLICIES:

• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.


• CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
• There is no refund in case of cancellations.

 LOCATION:

• The villa is situated in the Condominium Altos de Trancoso, about 5 min. by car from the center of Trancoso.
• 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
• 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
• 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
