DESCRIPTION:
This villa is located in the Altos de Trancoso condominium, 10 minutes walk from the beach of the coconut trees and the center of the village, the "Quadrado". The villa has 6 suites all with air conditioning, five of them with King Size beds and one with a bunk bed and two bunk beds and with outdoor showers in internal gardens. The villa has a large open living rooms with lots of sunlight and cozy decor. Swimming pool, sauna, deck and a well-equipped gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven.

- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is situated in the Condominium Altos de Trancoso, about 5 min. by car from the center of Trancoso.
- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
