Casa Vila 41, with 4 suites and private swimming pool, is located in the Terravista Vilas Condominium in Trancoso, where guests can enjoy four nearby beaches, a tennis court, walks in the condominium's internal streets and a golf course with 18 holes.

- Suite 1: King size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, closet and balcony.
- Suite 2: King size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, balcony.
- Suite 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, mosquito net.
- Suite 4: Queen size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net.
GENERAL:
- Living room with TV.
- Dining room with table for 8 people and access to balcony.
- Social bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen.
- Gourmet area with pizza oven, char broil barbecue, beer cooler, refrigerator, table for 10 people.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
