DESCRIPTION:
Villa Mandacaru is located in the Condomínio dos Altos de Trancoso with stunning views of the ocean and is very close to the Quadrado, where Trancoso's social life takes place. This family home was built and decorated with care to provide a home consisting of seven suites with all amenities, windows and glass doors that allow sunlight and sea breeze to enter several rooms.
There are several indoor and outdoor settings, a large 20m pool runs along the side of the villa with a lovely lounge and plenty of sunbeds and a pool table. The garden has green lawn with native plants and flowering areas and a fire pit overlooking the ocean. The villa is built with noble woods and flooring, making it very comfortable and charming.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
