This luxury villa with 6 suites allows you to host up to 12 people is the ideal home for you and your family to enjoy the comfort and sophistication of Trancoso. The villa has a beautiful winter garden which served as the setting for photoshootings and fashion shows. The house has a large living and dining room, an external solarium with a lagoon like swimming pool overlooking the golf course.

- Bedroom 2: King size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning Split and mosquito net.

- Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.
VILLA POLICIES
- Maximum 12 guests and 10% of the rental price for each extra guest.
- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
