This luxurious villa is located in the Altos de Trancoso condominium, 10 minutes walk from the beach of the coconut trees and the Quadrado on a 4,000 m2 plot with sea views. The villa has 10 suites all with air conditioning, outdoor showers in internal gardens. The villa has a large room with lots of sunlight and cozy decor. Swimming pool with whirlpool, sauna, deck and a well-equipped gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven and sea views.

- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
