Casa Vila 9, with 4 suites and private swimming pool, is located in the Terravista Vilas Condominium in Trancoso, where guests can enjoy four nearby beaches, a tennis court, walks in the condominium's internal streets and a golf course with 18 holes.

- Master suite: King size bed, air conditioning, closet and balcony with hammock.
- Suite 2: King size bed, air conditioning and balcony with hammock.
- Suite 3: Queen size bed, air conditioning.
- Suite 4: Queen size bed, air conditioning.
GENERAL:
- Living room (lower floor) and TV room (upper floor) with cable TV.
- Dining room with table for 8 people and games room with Consul brewer.
- Toilet, pantry, laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and equipped kitchen.
- Gourmet space with CharBroil barbecue, oven, cooktop and ice machine.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
