This contemporary villa Terravista Golf 19 is located in a privileged and quiet place just next to the Atlantic rain Forest. The house was built by Brazilian architect Luciano Soares and has several outdoor spaces to make the most of the summertime in Trancoso. The wooden deck in front of the house has a large sunny area, ideal for sunbathing and external dinners. The lounge area next to the pool is perfect for reading a book, a siesta and an ideal match for the realization of mini - events such as weddings, corporate meetings, photo shoots, ...

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
