DESCRIPTION:
Located in the exclusive Aldeia de Itapororoca condominium, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and Itapororoca beach. This house of 8 suites ideal to receive group of friends or family and enjoy the various outdoor spaces that the house offers with plenty of sun, typical vegetation and constant sea breeze. Access to the beach is easy and quick, about 2 min walk within the condo. Beach support set up and disposes of condo golf carts.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Aldeia de Itapororoca, about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 30 min. drive from the Terravista Airport and 1h:15 drive from the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk access to beach of Itapororoca from the condo.
