 DESCRIPTION:

This villa is located in the Pedro Grande condominium in the forested area of Rio da Barra beach, 2 km from the Quadrado de Trancoso next to house 4 Pedro Grande. Land of 2,000 m² and 807m² of built area, the project with 4 spacious suites was designed to, in addition to reflecting the local spirit of Trancoso, leave the social area open and integrated with the 90 m² pool.

The mix of materials reflects the soul of Trancoso in a contemporary way. The burnt cement floor and countertops, the roof with eucalyptus structure, the round sanded eucalyptus slats, the pine wood deck, the walls with rustic finishes and lime paint, the wooden doors with glass are in harmony between themselves and with the imported art pieces. • 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.


• CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
• There is no refund in case of cancellations.

Casa Pedro Grande 3 can be rented together with Villa Pedro Grande 4, and have a total of 6 suites.
