DESCRIPTION:
This villa is located on the beach of Itapororoca and surrounded by preserved Atlantic Forest. The house has several outdoor spaces to enjoy the most of Trancoso's summer.
BEDROOMS:
- There are 7 comfortable suites distributed between a main block and independent bungalows.
- Master suite: king size double bed, balcony, sea view, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV.
- Suite 2: 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV.
- Suite 3: 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV
Bungalows:
- Suite 4: 1 king size bed, balcony, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV.
- Suite 5: 1 king size double bed, mosquito net and air conditioning.
- Suite 6: (can be combined with suite 6) 1 king size double bed, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV.
- Suite 7: (can be combined with suite 7) 2 single beds, air conditioning., Mosquito net and TV.
GENERAL:
- Living room with cable TV (sky) and Wi-Fi access.

- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
