VILLA POLICIES
- Maximum 12 people.

- Parties are not allowed. Dinner/lunch for visiting guests maximum 2 times and the number of guests are maximum 08 people.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The house is located in just next to the Quadrado of Trancoso, about 1 min. walk from Trancoso square and 10 min walk to the beach.
- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
