VILLA POLICIES
- Maximum of 10 people.
- Bedrooms and the indoor social area are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed. In the case of residential neighbourhood, the sound should be moderate and only until 10:00 pm
- Dinner / lunch maximum 2 and the number of guests are maximum 06 people.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
