This villa with 5 suites located in the special reserve of Terravista Villas condominium, model Oceano, with private pool and golf course view. Guests can take advantage of the tennis court, the condominium streets for jogging and the 18-hole golf course.

- Master bedroom: King size bed, air conditioning, TV and balcony overlooking the golf course.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and air conditioning.

- Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.
VILLA POLICIES:
- Maximum 10 guests.
- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
- No pets allowed.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
LOCATION:
- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
