DESCRIPTION:
This 943 m2 house combines the elegance of a country house with the lightness and relaxed atmosphere of a beach house, creating sophisticated, spacious environments integrated with nature. The design emphasizes conviviality, with well-distributed and ventilated living, reading, and dining rooms. The private area offers complete suites, all air-conditioned to ensure comfort in any season. Among the highlights, the winter garden and the suspended veranda provide a pleasant space for relaxing at the end of the day. The gourmet kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and has three pantries, as well as a functional laundry room. In the outdoor area, a private pool and lounge overlooking the golf course complete the leisure and well-being offering of this exclusive residence.

- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
